Rossell India is planning to set up 20 Kebab Xpress outlets by the end of FY15. The quick service outlets are operated by the company under its hospitality division -- Rosell Hospitality. At present, all the eight existing Kebab Xpress outlets are located in the NCR.
In this regard, the company’s business development team is aggressively identifying good potential sites in high streets, office complexes and food courts.
Rossell India currently cultivates tea across 7 gardens after the acquisitions of two gardens in FY 2013. The company also operates 7 factories, one associated with each of the gardens. The gardens are located primarily in Upper Assam, with a total area of around 3,594 hectares.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.87% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.19% and 14.93% respectively.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 79.85 on 10-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.10 on 30-Aug-2013.
The scrip opened at Rs. 54.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 58.50 and Rs. 54.80 respectively. So far 1464 shares were traded on the counter.
